Why We Exist

• Colorado's housing policies have become unbalanced, making it harder for property owners to provide housing

• New laws have made rental housing more expensive, reduced availability, and increased risk for housing providers

• We believe in protecting renters AND ensuring landlords can stay in business—because without landlords, there are no rental homes

• We want to stop harmful legislation AND work toward positive policy changes that create a healthier, more sustainable housing market
